 We walked the old bog road tonight

 The moon shone high and bright

 There must have been 20 or more

 Stepping it out in the light

   

 Some up front and some behind

 chatting along as we went

 At last we came to a little stream

 And thought this is where we'll end

 

 We had some tea and water to drink

 Then started on our descent

 To the village inn to make our plans

 For the next time we'll do this again.
